Description

This Highland rye was matured in new charred American oak and bottled at 48%. It uses Arbikie’s field to bottle grain bill to create a rich, spicy and fruity profile with plenty of oak-driven character.

Nose

Malted cookies, dry orange peel and black tea with spice and ripe fruit.

Palate

Forest berries, caramel apple, pastry, black tea and gentle rye spice wrapped in sweet oak.

Finish

Peppery with toasted oak and an elongated, warming character.
