Arbikie Highland Rye 1794 (2020 Release)
The Arbikie Distillery up in Scotland has gone and produced a fantastic rye whisky, which has been entirely matured in new, charred American oak casks. Balancing spice and sweetness wonderfully, this expression should make for some fantastic sipping.

Nose
Damson jam, toasted cedar, black pepper, fudge, and cinnamon.
Palate
Nutmeg, biscuit dough, honeyed cereal, jammy sultanas, liquorice.
Finish
Chocolate sponge cake, clove, candied ginger.
