A spectacular single cask bottling from Annandale, distilled in 2017, and matured in French Burgundy casks. Before being filled, the casks undergo Annandale's 'S.T.R' process – shaving, toasting, and recharring to achieve an abundance of cask character. Released as part of the Man O’Words series, this unpeated expression was bottled up in June 2020.
Cakey spice, burnt sugar, oaky vanilla, and butterscotch.
Buttery caramel, vanilla cream, and heaps of summer orchard and field fruits.
Cinnamon, prunes, apples, toasted oak, and dark toffee.
