Man O’Words 2017 #1021

Unpeated Annandale single malt Scotch whisky here, distilled in 2017, and then aged in a single European oak oloroso sherry butt that was conditioned for two years before being sent over to the distillery to be filled with new make malt spirit. At Annandale distillery, everything is bottled without chill-filtration or any artificial colouring.

Tasting Note by The Producer

Nose Stewed apple, golden syrup, dried fruits.

Palate Malty, fresh herbs, coffee, walnuts.

Finish The finish is long and smooth, with a lingering warmth and spice. Creamy toffee, vanilla, spicy nutmeg, hints of cake mix with Christmas pudding, dates and raisins.
