Even more specifically, a single bourbon cask that was filled back in 2015. It was eventually bottled at 58.7% ABV in 2023.

Nose
Grilled lemon and roasted pineapple, with a touch of polished oak furniture.
Palate
Baking spices and peaty smoke, with a honeyed sweetness developing later on.
Finish
Peppery, plus lasting caramelised nut sweetness.
