Description
That gang of ampersand fanatics at & Whisky have done it again. Bottled up another superb single malt Scotch, and done our work for us by saying exactly what it does on the tin bottle! This overproof edition of Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire really brings those coastal notes to the fore, the Islay single malt aged in brinier, peatier casks and is bottled at a bold 50% ABV for a hearty, robust profile.

Nose
Salted fudge, stewed fruit, dense, coastal smoke, with a touch of charred tropical fruit in tow.
Palate
Generous helpings of peat join grilled pineapple, then fresh oak and vanilla fight their way through.
Finish
Creamy notes of Horlicks and vanilla, smoked nuts, briny peat, and pepper.
