“I have managed to get sample of this lovely drop in my Xmas Advent Whisky calendar. I felt in love with this one immediately. The nose starts with hit of vanilla with some peat in cough syrup, then bit of chocolate and fruit at the back. The flavor is immense and full, honey and peat and again, vanilla and a lot of it... Long pleasant malty and honey tail and not too much water needed either. Lovely drop indeed! Wally ”

Nose
Peat is surprisingly restrained, toffee, dirty phenols, fruity.
Palate
Peat, fruit, sweet, over-ripe bananas, pic 'n' mix.
Finish
Sweetness, bonfire smoke, barley and over-ripe fruit appear.
