Amrut Bagheera Sherry Cask Finish
Bagheera is Hindi for panther if you were wondering, and if you were wondering what this Indian single malt whisky from Amrut distillery is made of, well, it's a combination of malted barley with 1% of peated malted barley thrown in for good measure, all finished in sherry casks.

Nose
Distant smoke, with sherry sweetness, dried raisins and pears, and cinnamon and clove.
Palate
More dried fruit character, date chutney, some black pepper, and wafts of peat.
Finish
Lingering smoke, with warm spices building.
