Amrut Single Malt Whisky Reviews

Found My New 'Sippin Whisky

Nose: Almost smells like plain white grape juice, barely getting any alcohol off of it and it is close enough that it is nearly going up my nostrils.

Palate: Slight burn from the alcohol (it is 46% ABV) but it is barely noticable, it gets almost immediately drowned out with a honey and barely flavor. Definite barley and honey, a little bit of spice with an almost apple cider finish that quickly disappates and I'm left with just pure honey coating the inside of my mouth.

Very highest quality

Apart from the Scottish single malts I was already a fan of Japanese malts, so an Indian malt was interesting when I got it for a Christmas present. And it is delicious, superb, not threatening or weird, aromatic and yummy.
