Allt-à-Bhainne with the gloves off. Drawn from a single refill bourbon barrel and bottled at a thumping 63.5% ABV, this youthful Speyside spirit was distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2025 for the Spirit of Scotland series. Limited to just 232 bottles, it shows the distillery’s muscular, cereal-driven core. One for fans of high-octane malt that rewards a careful splash of water.

Nose
Green apple skin, fresh barley, lemon zest, vanilla pod, and a crackle of white pepper.
Palate
Big, oily, and assertive, with malted cereal, pear drops, sweet oak, and spicy heat.
Finish
Drying, with lingering citrus oils and toasted wood.
