Bourbon
A gloriously buttery single malt from Allt-á-Bhainne over in Speyside. Distilled in 1996, it spent 23 long years in a single bourbon barrel, until it was bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd at 50.2% ABV.
Creamy and tropical, with fresh coconut, zingy green apple, and a suggestion of smoke.
Vanilla sponge and buttercream, followed by banana ice cream, and crisp pear.
Cantaloupe lingers alongside warming oak spice.
