Independently bottled Allt-á-Bhainne, aged for 22 years before That Boutique-y Whisky Company got their grubby mitts on it! The Whisky Squad (represented as a herd of particularly excitable cows) grace the label, singing that well-known House of Pain song (because Allt-á-Bhainne sounds like House of Pain).

Nose
Flaky pastry filled with apricot jam, apple peel and earthy vanilla pod.
Palate
Floral barley and honey-drenched pears. Drying hints of cinnamon.
Finish
Juicy citrus and continued violet freshness.
