This release is from Allt-á-Bhainne Distillery, presented in the Cask Strength range of Connoisseurs Choice by Gordon & MacPhail. It was distilled in 2006 and aged in a single refill American hogshead oak cask (#1661402) for 18 years before it was bottled on 6 March 2024 at 59.8%. The cask filled just 324 bottles.
Ripe green apple and mango aromas lead to clover honey.
Rich tropical fruit flavours intertwine with toasted almonds and flambeed banana.
A medium-bodied finish with tangerine and mature oak.
