    Speyside single malt Scotch whisky here from Allt-A-Bhainne distillery, produced back in 2005 and matured for 17 years. The ageing includes a finishing period in a single virgin oak cask (cask #805182) before Alistair Walker bottled this up for the Infrequent Flyers range at 60.1% ABV without colouring or chill filtration.

    Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

    Oak char, stewed berries, vanilla, rich malt, and star anise.

    Palate

    Thick honey, aromatic spice, orchard fruit, and lots of caramel.

    Finish

    Brandy snaps and toasted oak.
