This single malt began its life at Allt-á-Bhainne in 2005, and was then left in a single refill puncheon for many moons. Specifically 14 years worth of moons. It was independently bottled by Alistair Walker, with 643 bottles released for the Infrequent Flyers series at 14 years old, weighing in at 59.9% ABV.
Floral malt and cinnamon sugar, with chocolate-coated nuts and berry jam.
Caramel sauce and honeyed toast, with creamy nuts and waxy peels.
Creamy oak and baking spice, with lingering orange citrus.

I am happy with this drum. And can think of 86. And not 85 like the base average. I give more for the balnced and delicated art here. And can think to have bottle for summer desert. Near Fresh exotic fruits, and aome halmonds. It is balanced. Smell- honey but free easy one.Carmel. Floral Taste- Apricot, Honey. AfterTaste- ia sween, honey candy
