Indie bottler Alistair Walker has decided to get all coy about revealing which distillery this tasty single malt hails from. What we do know is that it was distilled somewhere in the Speyside region back in 1992, and left to age in a single barrel for 27 years. It was bottled at cask strength for the Infrequent Flyers series, with an outturn of 277 bottles at 46.2% ABV.
Apple turnover, orange loaf cake and milk chocolate, with cinnamon pancakes and maple syrup.
Heather honey and cooked apple, berry jam on sourdough and barley sugar.
Gingerbread and oak char, with lemon curd and clove-studded orange.
