Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Heavy sherry influence of chocolate and coffee, with underlying red apple and dried oak.

Palate: Earthy vanilla dominates at first, but soon enough sultana and raisin notes develop. A punchy kick of clove and meaty malt underneath it all.

Finish: Salted butter, cassia bark, more sherry.
