It's the fifth batch of The Glover blended malt from Adelphi! This one four years old, marrying Scottish whisky from Ardnamurchan and Japanese whisky from Chichibu, with the liquid drawn exclusively from first fill bourbon barrels. Just 1,008 bottles were released at 54.7% ABV.
Nose: Orange curd, nougat and sour orange sweeties, with fresh tropical fruit in support.
Palate: Tinned pineapple and orange loaf cake, with barley sugar.
Finish: Lemon curd shrouded by subtle peat smoke.
