Indie bottler Adelphi has kept the exact source of this Speyside single malt a mystery! What we do know is that this Breath of Speyside release was distilled in 2006, and rested in a refill Oloroso sherry butt for 11 years, with an outturn of 621 bottles at a generous 56.8% ABV.

Nose
Strawberry ice cream, banana and custard with hints of ripe pear.
Palate
Digestive biscuits, chocolate custard and tropical fruit sweetness, with hints of berry jam.
Finish
Mint chocolate and banana bread.
