Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sponge cake topped with strawberries, oatcakes, a low rumble of earthy smoke.
Palate
Sandalwood and oaky spices, leading into wood smoke richness. Still has some red fruit and icing sugar lightness to it.
Finish
Vanilla pod earthiness rounds it off.
