It's Aberlour's ever-popular A'Bunadh single malt Scotch whisky! Each batch of this single malt is matured entirely in Spanish oloroso sherry butts, bestowing huge helpings of dried fruit and festive spice notes to the whisky, after which it's bottled up at full-on cask strength with no chill-filtration.
Zesty notes of chocolate-coated orange wheels join sticky ginger loaf and sherried fruits.
Plump sultanas, prunes, cakey spice, and marmalade, with biscuity malt and toffee apple in tow.
Sweet spices and rich oak linger.

Firstly I am not a whisky drinker so can’t comment on the taste but it is my sister’s very favourite drink but as the price has increased so much it’s now a rare treat for her. The price here was good with 15% discount so both her and my son are having a cherished bottle as a Christmas gift. Purchase was very straight forward and super quick delivery. I’m sure both of them will enjoy it
Have the #60 and when my boy comes round we finish with a glass no water no ice no stones just pure whiskey. By far this whiskey is so smooth and rich it is a comfort drink. Enjoy.
Zacapa xo for your lady, remy martin xo for your other lady, martell xo for yourself because the bottle is F sick in your hand, but..when you are alone in your man's cave, a man in your 40-60s who has it all, got it all, dont wanna waist your hard earned cash on Macallan, man...saying this is expensive and rubbish is just pure travesty and trolling. Actually I am having B 64 right now (I had B 63 to), and this stuff is just phenomenal. It feels like being out of this Planet. Super sweet, super strong nose. If you have a cold in your nose, those bacterial and viruses will just probably be annilihiated! Mouth feel? Sort of like Hennessy vsop, jack SB in strength, a bit morr of c, yet somehow you can still role it in your mouth a bit, to get pleasures. Guys...Nothing I have tried can really compare. And I am old dude with experience.
A'Bunadh...This Whiskey is just absolutely beautiful...
Was able to find it about 35% cheaper than listed here (thank you Taiwan) an purchased batch 64. Batch 64 was the darkest of all batches the store had (63, 62, 61, 58, 55, 52) but as I've never tried the others I'm unable to say whether that means anything. What I can say is it's a fine sherried whisky, doesn't drink like the abv suggests, has a gorgeous nose, a really nice palate, and a really long finish. For the price listed here is rather just pay a bit extra for Glendronach 18, but for what I paid I was more than happy, a really, really good whisky.
