Description

A single cask Aberlour, independently bottled by us for our Single Cask Series range! This is a 23 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the awesome Aberlour distillery in Speyside, distilled in June 1992 and bottled in February 2016 at 51.1% ABV. This has been presented with our innovative (and very handsome) glass closures!

Nose

Apple peel, pink peppercorn and cinnamon. This develops into freshly baked brioche and some dusty old oak furniture.

Palate

Very zesty with orange and grapefruit at first. Slowly develops chocolatey notes - spoonfuls of dark chocolate mousse on the mid-palate.

Finish

Digestive biscuit and a few scoops of apple crumble.
