Over 18 years of careful aging created this single malt, first in American oak bourbon barrels then Spanish oak oloroso and Pedro Ximinéz sherry butts. Don't get me wrong this is a very good drink, but I'm just now comparing it against the Tomatin 18 and it's almost indistinguishable. Except the latter is non chill filtered, 3% higher abv, and costs less. I'll continue to keep a supply of the a'Bunadh in my closet, but as for this one I'll probably pass.
This whisky tastes as an Angel drink. Really great
I am a true expert of whiskyeys. I dont know anything of any of them. I just got this bottle for my dad when he turned 50 and it turned out to be a sucess. Great wine!! No sorry, beer!!!!
