Description

This 11-year-old single malt from Aberlour is brought to us by independent bottler James Eadie. Distilled in 2012, the whisky was treated to a generous 22-month finish in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt, yielding a total of 545 cask-strength bottles when it was opened in 2024.

Nose

Sweet summer berries rest alongside warming pepper and woody spice, with robust, roasted coffee beneath.

Palate

Generous layers of red fruit and berries. Strawberries and jammy currants bring perfect accompaniment to the creamy malt at its core.

Finish

Buttery biscuits with jam, a touch of clove, and creamy vanilla.
