This 2012 vintage single malt from Aberlour distillery matured for a decade in a single cask, with a good amount of time spent in a first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead. The Speyside Scotch whisky was independently bottled at cask strength by James Eadie in 2023, with an outturn of 309 bottles.
Rich dried fruit, with some sticky balsamic glaze, and Christmas cake.
Raisins, baked plums, leathery spices, and a touch of candied orange.
