    Nose

Aromas of gentle fruits - sultanas, apples, pear and a little citrus, with just a hint of honey and soft cedar and oak.

    Palate

Rich and fruity with notes of manuka honey, granary toast, black pepper and orange marmalade.

    Finish

Slightly smoky with notes of mint chocolate (dark chocolate, mind), and oak.
