We're still no closer to figuring out which Islay distillery the single malt hails from, though we do know it's been matured in Oloroso sherry hogsheads from Tonelería Juan Pino, as well as Oloroso sherry-seasoned wine casks from Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana. A. D. Rattray has truly bottled a belter of a whisky here.
