“I am normally a whisky drinker , but this smooth vodka is a special favourite of mine. I was introduced to it by a Polish friend and never looked back. The herby, slightly citrussy flavour may not be to everyone's taste, but I just love it. Came well packed and with fast delivery, as is usual from Master of Malt. ”

Zubrówka is a classic Polish beverage instantly recognisable from its crisp, subtle flavour profile, the blade of bison grass in the bottle, and even the majestic bison on the label.

Zubrowka is suitable for sipping neat, but it goes very well with a selection of mixers, too. Apple juice is the signature serve, but ginger ale works great as well.

Nose

Herbal, sweet nose with a touch of rosemary, lavender too.

Palate

The palate offers up cut hay, citrus peels, a little cocoa/coffee mix. Herbal and balanced.

Finish

Long finish, ending up on grass and fresh flowers.

My favourite

Superb vodka

I don’t usually like vodka but a pal introduced me to this. It has a really herby taste and is very smooth. I’m hooked.

Always a winner

Can never go wrong with a Zubrówka Bison bodka. You get the brilliant taste of vodka without the added punch. The Bison Grass has a lovely herbal taste which I think pair suitably with fruit based mixers.

Bison Beauty
