Woodland Slate Vodka from Sauerland distillery in Germany is made from a base of wheat and local potatoes. The vodka is diluted with spring water and then filtered over slate rock, resulting in a wonderfully soft vodka that will be just as great sipped neat or as a base for cocktails.
