A slick vodka made in Picardie, France, from soft winter wheat distilled by a five-column still process and cut to a bottle strength of 44% ABV with demineralised water from Cognac. A crystal clean vodka with no additives, which means no citric acid, glycerine or sugar, resulting in a reliably neutral spirit – it’s something of a bartender’s secret.
