Broken Clock Vodka Bottling Note

Cast your mind back to the year 1816, when Leon Kuhajewski invented the world’s first astronomical watch. Many moons later, a relative of his decided to honour his invention by creating Broken Clock Vodka. After three years of testing and tasting, the recipe was finally complete, taking inspiration from the surrounding English countryside. The spirit is made in a traditional copper pot still in Cheshire, and is then infused with slow ripened apples from the garden at Shandy Hall in Coxwold, Yorkshire, along with botanicals from old Georgian gardens and cookery books. The result is a particularly smooth spirit with a fruity edge that's perfect for vodka-based cocktails.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Sweet juicy apple and a subtle herbaceous undertone, with a certain bite from the spirit.
