The folks behind Silent Pool Gin in Surrey have created their own vodka! Wry Vodka is made using malted rye, and is filtered through charcoal made from locally-sourced Ash hardwood. A good base for cocktails, and should go well with your favourite mixer too.
Clean and light, with a touch of classic peppery rye sitting at the core.
Not a fan of the bottle and label looks a little cheap! But I do like the vodka within.
I like this vodka - it's smooth and has very good taste - not harsh like many but has a subtle edge. I do question the cost though as I bought this in the summer at £20 and feel that is it's maximum price.
