The folks behind the Sheffield Distillery are clearly fans, and they've gone and made Assay Strawberry Jam & Black Pepper Vodka! Using actual strawberry jam, as well as fresh strawberries and black peppercorns, it's vibrant and sweet, with a crackle of spiciness sticking around.
Jammy summer berries, jam on toast, a slow build of peppery heat.
The best vodka I’ve ever tasted, would highly recommend it. Nice balance between the strawberry and pepper.
