From over in Cambridgeshire comes Renaissance Vodka, just once distilled in a copper pot still in small batches. After it's distilled from sugar beet sourced from East Anglia, the spirit is blended with spring water from Harrogate and bottled at 40% ABV. We reckon a Dry Martini will showcase the spirit very well.
A slightly herbaceous touch followed by fragrant citrus, with a creamy finish.
