Chopin Family Reserve Vodka
Every year in the fields of their estate in Poland, the folks at Chopin plant a few special varieties of potatoes and grains, hunting for new ingredients to distil. It's rare to find a new variety that truly shines, around once a decade if they're lucky – but that's what happened in 2016. The potatoes were harvested young, in the peak of summer and resulted in some of the most remarkable vodka the Chopin gang had ever made. The vodka was then rested for two years in 50-year-old oak barrels, allowing it to mellow and soften into an incredibly premium sipper. One to enjoy neat, or in some fancy Martinis we reckon.
