Palma Vodka
The Mallorca Distillery makes its Palma Vodka using its 500 litre copper pot still to create an organic wheat spirit, which is blended with a touch of Mallorcan sea salt. The result is a soft, crisp spirit that works excellently in cocktails and mixed drinks.
