Nose
Werther’s originals and chocolate eclair sweeties, followed by sweet caramelised biscuits.
Palate
Silky soft with a generous opening of… yep – toffee! A tingly warmth is quickly buried by pourings of creamy custard.
Finish
Toffee ice cream, studded with caramel, soft and creamy, finishing up with freshly made caramel macarons.
