An answer, perhaps, to the question "What should I do if I don't know that Crème de Cassis exists?". The J.J. Whitley team has gone and created its very own vodka flavoured with oodles of juicy blackcurrant notes. Reckon it'll do well with some sort of apple-based spirit, personally.
