This is really nice chilled and neat over ice, or in a dirty martini. The salt kick is subtle but recognisable

I was lucky enough to visit the distillery in September 2019. I Veiwed and tasted all the renowed Gin they had to offer veiwed the new fetmentation tank and know the stoty behind that. They are known over the island for their Gin, however my favorite was the Rock Salt Vodka. I sampled a couple of extra ones after. The bar man even introduced me to experiment with horseradish in a Bloody Mary. So smooth nothing else on the market to match it.
