Íon Vodka
An Irish vodka from Íon, distilled from a trio of grains. You'll find barley, wheat and rye in here, which have been vapour distilled and filtered through 140-million-year-old blue stone chips before being blended with spring water from the distillery's very own well. Thanks to the grains it's subtly spicy, so we can see it going very well in a Moscow Mule!
