Fire Drum Vodka was created by Amanda Beck, who collaborated with Patrick Maguire (from the of Sullivan's Cove fame) to create a small-batch Australian vodka that shows pride in its terroir. The base spirit is made from Tasmanian barley, double distilled in a copper pot still and brought down to bottling strength with Tasmanian water. Top quality stuff.
