Not only is it distilled from British apples (blended with a small proportion of potato spirit), but the distillery is even carbon neutral, which is awesome. Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka Espresso Martini recipe:
Ingredients:
45ml Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka
35ml Ellers Farm Espresso Liqueur
30ml Fresh espresso
7.5ml Sugar syrup
Three coffee bean garnish
Method:
Add ice to a shaker followed by all the ingredients. Shake well and strain into your chosen glass. Carefully place three coffee beans together on the foam.
Red apple aroma, clean peppery finish with hints of cubeb berry, earthiness.
Warm cream develops into a crisp subtle caramel sweetness.
Clean rounded fruit, peppery finishing leaving the pleasant taste of ripe pear
