Devil's Botany Wormwood Vodka
This vodka from Devil's Botany in East London is distilled with wormwood, the defining botanical found in absinthe. The vodka is copper pot-distilled from wheat and homegrown Artemisia absinthium, bringing a herbaceous botanical edge to the spirit that ought to work rather well in a savoury Martini.
