Aval Dor Emily Scott Citrus Vodka
A collaboration with Cornish chef Emily Scott, inspired by her passion for citrus fruits in her cooking, Aval Dor made this spirit by distilling fresh citrus rinds into its award-winning potato vodka in its tiny 200-litre hand-made, copper pot still. Will make a lovely Vodka Martini, garnished with a lemon twist. Or topped with an Indian tonic water and garnished with a lemon wheel.
