Blavod was created with the thought that you can choose to have your coffee either white or black, why should the same not apply to vodka? The result is this black vodka, made with grain distilled not once, not twice, but thrice. The colouring comes from an Asian herb called catechu, which doesn't change the flavour.
Aromatic nose with pepper, cardamom and vanilla.
Sweet, spicy palate with clean cereal notes and red peppercorns.
Long, slightly cola-esque finish.

Brought this specifically for a black Halloween cocktail. A bit disappointed I went out of my way to buy it and it’s actually red….still a fine vodka so no issues on taste front just a note if you want black coloured vodka
At first I thought this would just be a really cool-looking drink to serve at a party (which it is!), but it's also a really really nice tasting vodka - awesome!
