Vesperis Botanical Vodka comes to us via the Blackford Craft Distillery in Aberdeenshire, made using a combination of organic grain spirit, organic heather honey, wild heather and organic seasonal apples. Bridging the gap between vodka and gin, this is a light, creamy spirit with herbaceous elements and fruit freshness at the fore.
