Vesperis Botanical Vodka
Vesperis Botanical Vodka comes to us via the Blackford Craft Distillery in Aberdeenshire, made using a combination of organic grain spirit, organic heather honey, wild heather and organic seasonal apples. Bridging the gap between vodka and gin, this is a light, creamy spirit with herbaceous elements and fruit freshness at the fore. If you're not a fan of juniper but like the sound of certain gin-based cocktails, try swapping out the gin for a helping of Vesperis Botanical Vodka.
