From Cornwall's Colwith Farm Distillery comes this tasty vodka, paying tribute to the deliciousness of the beloved roast potato! Aval Dor potato-based vodka is re-distilled with Cornish rosemary, grown at The Eden Project, fresh bay from the distillery's kitchen garden, and black pepper to create a wonderfully savoury profile. This ought to be extremely versatile for all manner of cocktails, and food pairings. We reckon it'll work particularly well in a Bloody Mary.
