This expression is built upon a base of English wine, and features a host of cold distilled botanicals to create a full-flavour vermouth perfect for all kinds of cocktails – it'll do particularly well in a Manhattan or a Negroni. Saying that, it'll also be marvellous simply served with tonic water, ice, and a good whack of orange.
