This Vermouth Rosso uses a base of Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC wine and infuses it with a whole host of botanicals, including cherries, cinnamon, oranges, and classic bittering wormwood. Delicious with ice, a slice of orange, and an olive or two. Or mix into all manner of cocktails.
Oily orange citrus, bitter woodiness, wafts of thyme, bright red fruit, and a layer of warming spice underneath.
