What we have right here is a Scottish vermouth from Edinburgh's Old Poison. This Vermouth Rosso uses a base of Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC wine and infuses it with a whole host of botanicals, including cherries, cinnamon, oranges, and classic bittering wormwood.
